Billy Costello - Council Position #4

Billy Costello has owned a small business in Deer Park since 2018. He has been very active in the community by serving as President of the Chamber of Commerce, having a seat on the City Planning Commission, and volunteering in many community events and programs. He has a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton and has earned the Association of Washington City's Certificate of Municipal Leadership.

 

Billy and his wife Amber have been married for over 15 years and have three children that attend our public schools (Kathryn, Brooklyn, Nolan).

 

He has a great love for this town and the community. His primary areas of focus include: public safety, improving quality of life for our citizens, and economic development. Billy holds Council Position #4 and also serves as Mayor Pro-Tem.
