Commercial Utility Rates

$83.99 is the monthly minimum utility bill for commercial customers in Deer Park. This amount gives 4,000 gallon consumption allowance and is charged $.81 per thousand gallons there after for water and $.75 for sewer. **Utility rates were increased effective January 2024.

Bills are mailed the last working day of the month & are due by the 15th of the following month.

Utility bills become delinquent at 30 days past due & a delinquency fee of $26.00 will be charged to the account. If delinquent amount is not paid by the date indicated on the notice, water service will be terminated & an administrative fee of $32.00 will be assessed. Once water services are terminated all charges & fees must be paid in full before services will be reinstated.
