Where town meets dawn in gentle light,
A friendly sign is in plain sight.
Planes go up and planes go down,
at the edge of our Deer Park town.

Look down low where small rocks stay,
Near the sign that says "Welcome" today.
Use your eyes, be kind and slow-
The hidden rock is down below!

You’re close now, so take your time,
No need to rush, no need to climb.
Where travelers pause before they roam,
And locals smile when heading home.
Not far from wheels that roll on past,
Or grass that’s brushed by boots at best.
Bend your knees and scan the ground,
The Mayor's Rock can now be found!
